Skillet Beef Hash
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 each beef bouillon cubes low sodium
- 1 each onions chopped
- 2 cups mixed vegetables frozen
- 3 cups hash brown potatoes frozen
- 1 x celery salt
- 1 x salt
- 1 x black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
- Drain off fat.
- Add water and the beef bouillon cube.
- Stir to combine.
- Add the onion, vegetables and has brown potatoes.
- Sprinkle with seasoning; cover tightly and heat on low for 15 minutes until vegetables are steamed.
- Cover and cook a few minutes until cheese melts.
