Sweet Pepper Pork
- 48 ounces pork tenderloin centre-cut, cut into 1-inch pieces, four twelve ounce loins
- 6 ounces sweet bell peppers diced or sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 each pork flavor shake 'n bake package
- 2 each rice bags
- 1 each garlic cloves crushed
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 3 cups water boiling
- In electric wok or fry pan set at 275 degrees, add oil and garlic.
- After garlic has started to turn golden brown, add pork cubes, browning them thoroughly.
- Then add soy sauce and smoke flavoring.
- While meat is cooking in sauce, in good size saucepan bring water to boiling and add pork flavoring and the bags of rice.
- Add sweet peppers to meat mixture; cover for 5 minutes.
- When rice is done, add to meat mixture and stir lightly.
- Serve with tossed salad.
