Ulrika's Mother's Meatballs

  1. Mix potato, onion, and milk with the spices and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the meat and mix well.
  3. Fry a test meatball to make sure that the flavor is perfect.
  4. If not, add more salt, pepper, or spices.
  5. Roll small meatballs and place them on a wet plate.
  6. Fry them in butter until golden brown.
