Tilapia Tacos

  1. Mix Miracle Whip and salsa until blended.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each fillet.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min.
  5. to marinate.
  6. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. For each serving: Place 1 fish fillet on rack of broiler pan sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Broil, 3 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min.
  9. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  10. Cut fish in half.
  11. Cover each of 2 tortillas with 1/2 cup (125 mL) lettuce, 2 Tbsp.
  12. (30 mL) tomatoes, 1 Tbsp.
  13. (15 mL) beans, 1/2 Tbsp.
  14. (7 mL) each onions and cilantro, and 1 Tbsp.
  15. (15 mL) salsa mixture.
  16. Top with fish.
