foccacia antipasta pizza
- 1 pizza pie crust from pilsberry
- 1 tbsp evoo
- 1 tsp crushed dry rosmary
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 6 slice low salt ham
- 6 slice provelone cheese
- 1 small ball fresh mozzarella sliced
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 1 small plum tomatoe sliced
- 1 bunch sliced black olives
- 1 bunch antipasta peppers red
- 1 bunch sliced romaine lettece
- 1 oil , vinegar, salt , pepper, oregano
- preheat oven to required time on doe pkg.
- any doe is fine.
- place doe on pizza pan slightly greased.
- poke holes in doe with fork to prevent bubbles.drizzle with oil and add rosemary.
- place in oven.
- 5 min before done remove from oven.
- spread minced garlic all over, then place fresh mozz,and provelone slices.
- put back in oven till crust is golden and cheese is just melting
- remove from oven .
- place ham slices, tom, red onion, lettuce in oil and vin , black olives, and red peppers.
- slice and enjoy
