Chocolate Philly Mousse
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 eggs separated, whites beaten stiffly
- 125g semi-sweet chocolate melted
- Topping
- fresh fruit
- Beat Philly* until smooth, beat in all remaining ingredients except the egg whites, which are folded in separately at the end.
- Spoon mixture into serving dishes and chill.
- Decorate with fresh fruit.
