Cheesecake 2009

• 1 graham cracker pie crust
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 13 cup sugar
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup whipped cream (Cool Whip)

1. Beat cheese until smooth, gradually beat in sugar.
2. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
3. Fold or whip topping, blending well.
4. Spoon into crust.chill until set about 4 hours.
5. Garnish with fresh strawberries or cherry anything you like.
