Low-Fat Granola Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Coat an 8-inch square pan using nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Combine oats, flour, wheat germ, and cinnamon.
  4. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Add honey, stirring until mixture is moist and crumbly.
  6. Fold in raisins.
  7. Press mixture into pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool to room temperature, Cut into 12 bars and serve.
