Lemon-Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh-ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
- Make the dressing: Combine lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic in a medium bowl.
- Whisking constantly, add the oil in a thin stream.
- Remove the garlic and serve or store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
