Vegetarian Dumpling Stew

  1. Heat some oil in a pot over medium high heat.
  2. Add the shallot.
  3. Fry for a minute then add garlic.
  4. After about 30 sec add peas
  5. Next, add tomato passata and some water (between 1 and 2 cups) with a crumbled stock cube.
  6. Bring to a boil
  7. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and cayenne.
  8. Combine all the dumpling ingredients.
  9. Add one teaspoon worth of mixture in the boiling soup.
  10. Cover for 1 minute
  11. When dumplings are cooked, serve.
  12. Enjoy :)
