Blue Cheese Morsels
- 1 pkg. (250 g) pkg Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 125g blue cheese
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 baguette
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 pears
- COMBINE cheeses and pepper
- CUT baguette in half, lengthwise.
- Hollow out both halves, leaving 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) of bread inside.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup (50 mL) of pecans in each half of baguette.
- Divide cheese mixture between the 2 halves, patting carefully onto pecans.
- Bring both halves together to form whole baguette.
- Slice thinly
- SERVE each slice with 2 thin pear slices
