Holiday Dressing Recipe

• 1 pound sausage, warm, mild or possibly sage
• 2 1/2 c. corn bread stuffing or possibly crumble corn bread
• 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs or possibly herb seasoning dressing
• 2 cans chicken broth
• 1 lg. onion, minced
• 2 stalks celery, minced
• 1/2 c. butter, melted
• 1 tbsp. poultry season
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1. Brown sausage and drain.
2. Cook onions, celery in butter till tender.
3. Mix stuffing, salt and pepper.
4. Stir in broth, celery, butter, onions and sausage.
5. Mix well.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
