Creamy Pea Salad
- 2 packages frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) diced cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) diced mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup (225 ml) mayonnaise
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- In a bowl combine the peas, cheeses, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Refridgerate until serving.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
