Pan-Fried Pork Loin with Mustard and Shiso

  1. Combine the ingredients.
  2. Heat a thin layer of oil in the frying pan.
  3. Add the pork and pan-fry it on high heat until browned.
  4. Flip the pork over and add the combined ingredients.
  5. Turn down the heat to medium and simmer the sauce so that it soaks into the meat.
  6. When the meat becomes glossy, turn off the heat.
  7. Arrange the pork on a dish and top with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with shiso leaves and it's complete.
