Pan-Fried Pork Loin with Mustard and Shiso
- 10 slice Thinly sliced pork loin
- 1 tbsp Grainy mustard
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 dash Garlic powder
- 1 Shiso leaves
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Combine the ingredients.
- Heat a thin layer of oil in the frying pan.
- Add the pork and pan-fry it on high heat until browned.
- Flip the pork over and add the combined ingredients.
- Turn down the heat to medium and simmer the sauce so that it soaks into the meat.
- When the meat becomes glossy, turn off the heat.
- Arrange the pork on a dish and top with the sauce.
- Garnish with shiso leaves and it's complete.
