Fusion Ketchup

• 8 fluid ounces no-salt-added tomato sauce
• 6 fluid ounces no-added-salt tomato paste
• 1 12 tablespoons malt vinegar
• 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
• 14 teaspoon onion powder
• 18 teaspoon ground oregano

1. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.
2. Store refrigerated in a covered jar.
3. This low-sodium ketchup will last for several weeks.
