Broken Glass Cake Recipe

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into bottom of 9" springform pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Prepare orange, cherry and lime gelatin separately, using 1 c. boiling water and 1/2 c. cool water for each.
  4. Pour each flavor gelatin into 8" square pan and refrigeratetill hard.
  5. When hard, cut each gelatin into 1/2" cubes.
  6. Mix pineapple juice and sugar and heat till sugar dissolves.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Dissolve lemon gelatin in warm juice, then add in remaining 1/2 c. water.
  9. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
  10. Whip cream till stiff and blend with lemon-pineapple gelatin.
  11. Mix in orange, cherry and lime gelatin cubes.
  12. Pour into crumb-lined pan.
  13. Refrigerateat least 5 hrs.
  14. Run knife or possibly spatula between sides of dessert and remove sides of pan before serving.
