Banana Treat Recipe

• 1 x Fully ripened plantain (black), halved Ngthwise e Butter or possibly margarine, softened Bown sugar

1. Place prepared banana in microwaveable dish and spread a thin layer of softened butter across the plantain.
2. Sprinkle with brown sugar to cover plantain.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in microwave on medium heat for about 3 min.
