Orthoniatis Cocktail

• 30 ml white rum
• 120 ml pineapple juice
• 60 ml kiwi liqueur
• soda water, to top up (optional)

1. Pour the kiwi liqueur, Bacardi white rum and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker with 5 ice cubes.
2. Shake well, pour into a collins glass, and serve.
