Mom's Macaroni Salad

  1. Boil the macaroni in water with a pinch or so of salt.
  2. Drain and put in a large bowl.
  3. Drain the tuna fish and mash up the chunks with a fork.
  4. Add it to the noodles.
  5. Add the radishes, celery, parsley, onion and eggs to the noodles, and mix it up.
  6. Add the mayonnaise.
  7. I like lots of mayo, some like a thin covering.
  8. Add a little at first and see if you want more.
  9. Mix thoroughly.
  10. Add a few shakes of paprika.
  11. Refrigerate for at least an hour or so.
