spaghetti and meatsauce

  1. grease fry pan with EVVO let heat on 6 while you add ground beef
  2. dice garlic and mix with a sprinkle of Greek seasoning.
  3. add to simmering meat
  4. one meat is half way cooked place spag in boiling pot.
  5. cook spaghetti with a tablespoon of evvo and a sprinkle of the Greek seasoning.
  6. al dente should be firm to the bite but not crunchy.
  7. mix sauce and mushrooms wit
  8. strain grease from meat mix once medium done and add sauce and mushrooms.
  9. let simmer.
  10. strain pasta once done and leave in stew pot, add meat mixture and let simmer.
  11. serve with fresh parmesan and garlic toast.
  12. recommend chianti with this meal
