spaghetti and meatsauce
- 1 can stewed tomatos
- 1 can mushrooms with stems
- 2 lb ground beef/chuck/venison
- 2 can ragu mushoom spag sauce
- 1 packages parm cheese fresh
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 greek seasoning
- 1 1/2 box spaghetti regalli
- grease fry pan with EVVO let heat on 6 while you add ground beef
- dice garlic and mix with a sprinkle of Greek seasoning.
- add to simmering meat
- one meat is half way cooked place spag in boiling pot.
- cook spaghetti with a tablespoon of evvo and a sprinkle of the Greek seasoning.
- al dente should be firm to the bite but not crunchy.
- mix sauce and mushrooms wit
- strain grease from meat mix once medium done and add sauce and mushrooms.
- let simmer.
- strain pasta once done and leave in stew pot, add meat mixture and let simmer.
- serve with fresh parmesan and garlic toast.
- recommend chianti with this meal
