S/D.broccoli Stir Fried Salad

  1. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onions and garlic till just coloured.
  2. Add the spices and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add coconut milk and water bring to the boil.
  4. Add the broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Simple wasn't it.
