Iced Coffees

  1. CARAMEL-CHOCOLATE COFFEE COOLER:.

  3. Puree until smooth, then transfer to a tall glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  5. Serves 2.

  7. In a blender, combine half-and-half, coffee ice cubes, chocolate syrup and sugar.
  8. Puree until smooth.
  9. Transfer to a tall glass, then top with whipped cream.
  10. Sprinkle with orange zest, then drizzle with chocolate zest.
  11. Makes 2 servings.
