A Korean Friend's Recipe For Tomato Salad

  1. Take the blossom end off the tomatoes and slice into thin rounds.
  2. Slice the onion thinly and put into a bowl of cold water to get rid of the harsh taste.
  3. Chop up the green onion finely
  4. Mix the ingredients marked (a) together.
  5. Fan out the tomato slices on a serving dish, put the drained onion in the middle, and scatter with the chopped green onion.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over it all and it's done.
