Shrimp Kabobs Recipe
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. Saki (Japanese wine)
- 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 1/2 lbs. lg. shrimp, shelled
- Mushrooms
- Sm. onions
- Cherry tomatoes
- Rice pilaf
- Combine soy sauce, oil, Saki and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hrs.
- Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes to taste.
- Broil 10 to 12 min, turning frequently.
- Serve with rice pilaf.
