Shrimp Kabobs Recipe

  1. Combine soy sauce, oil, Saki and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hrs.
  2. Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes to taste.
  3. Broil 10 to 12 min, turning frequently.
  4. Serve with rice pilaf.
