Savory Meatballs

  1. Microwave: In a mixing bowl, pour milk over bread and let stand 1 minute.
  2. Add meat, onion, parsley, salt, garlic powder and black pepper; mix well.
  3. Roll into 1 inch size balls; place in a 2 quart microwave safe dish.
  4. Cover and cook on High for 6 to 8 minutes or until done; drain.
  5. Blend ketchup with preserves, mustard, vinegar and red pepper sauce.
  6. Combine sauce, beans and meatballs.
  7. Cover and cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
