Macaroni With Cottage Cheese Recipe
- 1/2 pound (2 c.) elbow macaroni
- 2 c. small curd cream style cottage cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 8 ounce. sharp cheese, grated
- Paprika
- Cook macaroni; drain.
- Combine cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs and salt and pepper.
- Add in grated cheese; mix.
- Stir in cooked macaroni.
- Grease a 9x12 baking dish.
- Put mix in and top with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Serves 6.
