Bean Sprout & Nori Stir-fry
- 2 packets Bean sprouts
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1 sheet Nori (flavored nori is okay too)
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu (I used 3x concentrated, for other concentrations, see Step 3
- To prepare the bean sprouts and carrots, see, Steps 1-3.
- Combine all of the ingredients with the nori and let sit in the refrigerator to chill!
- That's it!
- If using straight mentsuyu, use 3 tablespoons.
- If using 2x or 3x concentrated mentsuyu, use 2 tablespoons.
- If using 4x concentrated mentsuyu, use 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon water.
