Bean Sprout & Nori Stir-fry

  1. To prepare the bean sprouts and carrots, see, Steps 1-3.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients with the nori and let sit in the refrigerator to chill!
  3. That's it!
  4. If using straight mentsuyu, use 3 tablespoons.
  5. If using 2x or 3x concentrated mentsuyu, use 2 tablespoons.
  6. If using 4x concentrated mentsuyu, use 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon water.
  7. Try this izakaya-style "Stamina Increasing Bean Sprout with Garlic Black Pepper Sauce".
