Pork Belly Ginger Stir Fry
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Season the meat with salt and pepper, and lightly coat in flour.
- Coat a pan with vegetable oil, add the meat and ginger, and fry.
- When the meat is cooked through, add the onion and the seasoning ingredients marked , and fry some more.
- Transfer to a serving dish, and you're done.
- Sprinkle chopped leek, finely shredded cabbage, and enjoy!
