Pork Belly Ginger Stir Fry

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper, and lightly coat in flour.
  2. Coat a pan with vegetable oil, add the meat and ginger, and fry.
  3. When the meat is cooked through, add the onion and the seasoning ingredients marked , and fry some more.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish, and you're done.
  5. Sprinkle chopped leek, finely shredded cabbage, and enjoy!
  6. Here it is in a bento.
