Mexican Quiche Without Crust Recipe

  1. Mix ingredients and transfer to a 9x13 inch casserole or possibly quiche pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. Let stand 10 min before cutting.
  4. Serves 8 to 12 people.
