Elegant Eggnog - Sugar Free

  1. Mix together first 3 ingredients in a large heavy saucepan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Whisk egg yolks.
  4. Add to SPLENDA Granulated Sweetener mixture whisking until blended.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk.
  6. Cook over low heat, whisking constantly until the temperature reaches 175 degrees approximately (5 to 8 minutes).
  7. Remove from heat and whisk in half and half; cool.
  8. Cover and chill 3 hours or up to 3 days.
  9. Stir in vanilla extract just before serving.
