Thai Peanut Sauce For Shrimp Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients except honey and cream.
  2. Add in honey and cream to taste to cut saltiness.
  3. Serve with shrimp or possibly scallops sauteed with ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Makes about 2 1/2 c. of sauce.
