Chicken Skewered Recipe

  1. Cut chicken into strips 1 1/4" wide x 1/4" thick.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Cover; refrigerateat least 2 to 3 hrs.
  5. I cook 1 hour and then add in sliced zucchini, small onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and cook 2 more hrs.
  6. Put on skewers.
  7. Cook over warm coals till browned.
  8. Serve with rice.
