My Strawberry Short Cake
- 1 lb cake
- 1/2 lb of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup of strawberry preserves
- 1 pints of cool whip
- Slice pound cake in 3 slices, slice strawberries in half, then mix preserves, sugar, and strawberries set aside.
- Spread cool whip on bottom of cake, then strawberry mixture then, repeat on second slice; put top slice on
- The top will be round, slice to make flat then,repeat put cake in freezer to set you can serve with ice cream too.
