Easy! Healthy! Sukiyaki-style Ground Meat and Tofu

  1. Slice the leek diagonally.
  2. Cut the tofu into 2 to 3 cm easy to eat cubes.
  3. Add all the seasonings and the ground meat to a frying pan and turn on the heat.
  4. When the ground meat is cooked and crumbly, add the leek and tofu, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. (Stir occasionally.)
  6. Turn up the heat, add the beaten egg(s) and cook for 15 seconds.
  7. Turn off the heat, transfer to a serving plate and it's done.
  8. (Scatter with some chopped green onion or Japanese leek to taste.)
