Easy! Healthy! Sukiyaki-style Ground Meat and Tofu
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 100 grams Ground meat (beef and pork mix)
- 1 stalk worth The white part of a Japanese leek
- 2 tbsp each Soy sauce, sake, sugar, mirin
- 1 to 2 Eggs
- Slice the leek diagonally.
- Cut the tofu into 2 to 3 cm easy to eat cubes.
- Add all the seasonings and the ground meat to a frying pan and turn on the heat.
- When the ground meat is cooked and crumbly, add the leek and tofu, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- (Stir occasionally.)
- Turn up the heat, add the beaten egg(s) and cook for 15 seconds.
- Turn off the heat, transfer to a serving plate and it's done.
- (Scatter with some chopped green onion or Japanese leek to taste.)
