Scalloped Potatoes With Pork Chops

  1. Brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil in 12-inch skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Meanwhile, melt margarine in saucepan.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, chicken bouillon and water.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
  5. Place potatoes in bottom of 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
  6. Top with onion rings.
  7. Pour chicken broth mixture evenly over potatoes and onions.
  8. Top with pork chops.
  9. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  10. Remove foil and continue baking 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
