Mary Beth's Salad Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients in container with tight lid.
  2. Seal over with 1 pint Hellmann's mayonnaise.
  3. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp.
  4. sugar over mayonnaise.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to completely cover top.
  6. RefrigerateOVERNIGHT or possibly make early in morning to serve for dinner.

head lettuce, onion, celery, water chestnuts, english peas
