Zesty Lemon-Glazed Steak

• 1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Barbecue Sauce
• 2 tsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
• 1 beef tenderloin (1 lb./450 g)

1. Heat barbecue to medium heat.
2. Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
3. Grill meat 10 min.
4. or until medium doneness (160F), turning occasionally and brushing with barbecue sauce mixture.
