Lightened up Lettuce Wraps

  1. Heat olive oil in pan, and brown turkey or chicken.
  2. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrots and garlic.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine soy sauce, Splenda and rice wine vinegar and pour over meat and veggies.
  5. Serve with lettuce leaves as edible wraps.
