Garden-Fresh New Potato & Bean Salad
- 1 lb. each red and white new potatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 lb. each green and yellow beans, cut into 2-inch lengths
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 10 to 15 min.
- or until just until tender, adding beans to the boiling water for the last minute; drain.
- Rinse under cold water; drain well.
- Place in large bowl.
- Add celery, dill and black pepper; mix lightly.
- Mix dressing and mustard until blended.
- Add to potato mixture; toss to evenly coat.
