Ultra-Easy Tomato Potage Soup

  1. Peel and roughly chop the potato into small chunks and put the pieces in a saucepan.
  2. Add the roughly chopped onion, tomato juice, consomme and butter, and simmer.
  3. When the potato has softened, remove from the heat and mix in a blender.
  4. Pour the mixture into the saucepan, add the milk and warm over a low heat.
  5. Add a pinch of sugar to season.
  6. (Keep mixing it so it doesn't burn.)
  7. Pour it into serving bowls, top with oregano and parsley, and enjoy.
  8. (You can also add the oregano together with the milk.)
  9. It's also tasty when chilled.
  10. If you are serving it cold, add a generous amount of milk.
  11. "Ultra-Easy Kabocha Potage"This is quite tasty too.
