Grandma's Passover Chocolate Cake With Orange

  1. Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Beat egg whites with sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Beat yolks well with wine in yet another bowl.
  4. Add the yolks to the whites and fold in the sifted ingredients and mix.
  5. Add the juice of the orange and the grated rind.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.
