Raspberry Fudge Brownie Bites (Vegan)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the water, oil, and vanilla extract and stir into the dry ingredients until combined.
  4. Coat the chopped raspberries in the teaspoon of sugar and add them to the brownie mixture.
  5. Grease 9 muffin cups and add in the brownie mixture.
  6. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
