Vegetarian chilli

  1. turn 8-10 qt crackpot on high
  2. add cooked beans, water, bulgar, tomato paste, bay leaves, and cinnamon stick to the crockpot
  3. after sauteing the veggies & spices, transfer then to the crockpot
  4. reduce heat to low, cover and cook 4-6 hrs
  5. add corn, minced parsley, soy sauce .
  6. cook and cover for another 1/2 hr on high heat
