Grilled Romaine Salad

  1. Wash and clean romaine.
  2. Place romaine on grill over high heat and place a heavy weight on top.
  3. Grill for approximately 3 minutes to achieve grill lines.
  4. Cut lettuce into 2-inch chunks.
  5. Plate with tomatoes, red onion slices, and anchovies.
  6. Dress with olive oil and grated cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
