Happy Hummus

  1. Add garlic, beans, lemon juice, tahini, reserved bean juice, salt, and cumin in blender.
  2. Process until creamy and well mixed.
  3. Place in a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Serve with warm pita, chopped up veggies, or use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.
  5. Garbanzo beans are the traditional bean of choice for hummus but we really like Great Northern beans in ours.
  6. Use whatever you like best.
