Happy Hummus
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 19 ounces, weight Can Great Northern Or Garbanzo Beans, Half The Liquid Reserved
- 4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Add garlic, beans, lemon juice, tahini, reserved bean juice, salt, and cumin in blender.
- Process until creamy and well mixed.
- Place in a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with warm pita, chopped up veggies, or use as a spread on your favorite sandwich.
- Garbanzo beans are the traditional bean of choice for hummus but we really like Great Northern beans in ours.
- Use whatever you like best.
