Black Walnut Chocolate Kiss Brownies Recipe
- 1 1/4 c. butter melted
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. Hammons Black Walnuts
- 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet mini kisses
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees;.
- Grease and flour a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, cocoa, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla; blend well.
- Stir together flour, salt and baking pwdr.
- Stir into cocoa mix till smooth.
- Add in black walnuts and mini kisses.
- Spread proportionately in the prepared pan and bake 25 min on middle oven rack.
- Cold before cutting.
- Optional: individually hot cut brownies slightly before serving.
- Makes 3 to 5 dozen.
- Topping1/4 c. Hershey`s semi-sweet mini kisses 2 Tbs.
- milkBlack Walnut ice cream, optional
- Heat mini kisses over low heat, stirring continually.
- Stir in lowfat milk.
- Drizzle over hot brownies just before serving.
- If you like, top with black walnut ice cream.
