Asparagus With Tomatoes
- 1 lb fresh asparagus or 1 (10 ounce) packagefrozen asparagus spears
- 1 (8 ounce) bottlelight Italian salad dressing
- 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- Cook asparagus.
- Chill.
- Pour Italian dressing (can be regular or light) in a saucepan, add cherry tomatoes & heat through.
- Pour over chilled asparagus & serve.
- Note: Cook time is chill time for the asparagus.
- This makes a very pretty presentation for guests.
