Amaretto Alexander

• 12 ounces amaretto liqueur
• 1 pint light cream (half&half)
• 6 ounces liqueur white not dark, creme de cacao
• 1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream

1. Preparation : Combine amaretto, creme de cacao, and half-and-half in blender.
2. Put a scoop of ice cream in each sherbet glass and the remainder in blender; blend well.
3. Pour into sherbet glasses and serve.
4. Serves 10.
