Homemade Bagel Bites

  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2.
  3. Take a large baking pan and cover with foil.
  4. Use cooking spray to grease.

  6. Split each bagel in half on the foil.

  8. Cover with pasta sauce (I use 1 1/2 teaspoons per bite).

  10. Cover in cheese (1-2 tablespoons per bite).
  11. 6.
  12. Sprinkle chopped pepperoni or other toppings on bagel.
  13. 7.
  14. Dash Italian seasoning on each bite.
  15. 8.
  16. Bake 9-11 minutes, then put on broil for the last 2 minutes.
  17. You can use your favorite pizza toppings: leftover ground beef, veggies, etc.
  18. I use turkey pepperoni because it is still full of flavor and has half the calories and fat!
  19. To freeze, after prepping the pizza bites, do not bake.
  20. Place on a baking sheet and flash freeze for about 20 minutes.
  21. Then put them in sealable freezer bags.
  22. To serve them up, cook them for about 15 minutes at 425 degrees F. I recommend consuming them within 3 months.
