Oven Baked Chicken Nepali Style
- 4 chicken legs
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oil (to grease the baking pan and to add in the marinate)
- Mix all the ingredients and rub the chicken pieces.
- (You can place cuts on the chickens, so the chickens get all the flavours)
- Leave the chicken as it is for 10 minutes.
- Then keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for 2 hours-to overnight (as wished)
- Keep the Chicken in a baking dish or griller and bake for 360F for 40 minutes or grill for 45-50 minutes.
